Returns

Free returns within 90 days. We believe in our products and we stand behind them, that's why we have a 90-day guarantee no questions asked return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your product to request a return free of charge if you change your mind. 

Any returns after this period will not be accepted. 

Returns for damaged or defective products after 90 days can only be accepted pursuant to Upboost's Limited Warranty. Please refer to our warranty terms page.

All products must be returned in perfect working order and must include the original packing with the accessories included. You will also need the order id, receipt or proof of purchase email.

To start a return, please visit the returns portal, We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Upboost branded products purchased through other retailers/online marketplaces must be returned directly to them in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. This means our return policy is not applicable for such purchases.

Damaged / Faulty 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at support@upboost.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.

Exchanges

An exchange option is available on the returns portal, all exchanges must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your order. A product must be unused 

Manufacturer Refurbished

All Manufacturer Refurbished products are NOT eligible for a refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, ( 1-3 working days on average ).
