To update your contact details, log into your account and select 'My Account' in the top right hand corner. Your Account Details will then be listed on the right hand side. Here you can click edit and update your personal details.
If you want to change the email address on your account, please send us an email at support@upboost.co.uk
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express cards.
We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna
To place an order, simply add your products into your basket and click proceed to checkout. Then you will be prompted to enter your shipping, payment and billing information and click pay now and thats it ! your order will be with you soon!
You can create a Customer Account with us at any point, or checkout as a guest if you'd prefer.
Orders generally process within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2pm GMT Friday will be processed the following Monday.
When your order has been processed by the courier, you’ll receive an email notifications with tracking and delivery updates.

We are so sorry that you have received an item that is faulty or damaged. We would love to get this rectified for you as quickly as we can.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Support Team by email: support@upboost.co.uk and provide the following information:
1. The order number
2. The product name
3. A description of the fault
4. An image and/ or video of the fault
Our Customer Support Team will review this as quickly as possible.

2. Name of the missing product / Name of the product you have received in error
3. An image of all products received in your order
If you are missing an item from your order, it may be in a seperate box (sometimes the courier can separate the boxes).
You can always check your dispatch note within your order to see what should be enclosed. If the missing product is not listed, it is likely its still on its way to you.
We offer a range of different courier services upon checkout you willbe prompted with many options to choose from, Orders above £40 will be sent via standard delivery
Time frames are:
Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days
Express Delivery: 2 working days
Next Day Delivery (on orders placed before 2pm)

If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking details by visiting the Live Tracking page, It may be that no one was home when a delivery attempt was made, so the courier may attempt to re-deliver this to you on the following working day.

Free returns within 90 days. We believe in our products and we stand behind them, thats why we have a 90-day guarantee no questions asked return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your product to request a return if you change your mind. 100% Customer satisfaction is guaranteed or a refund.
Any returns after this period will not be accepted.
Returns for damaged or defective products after 90 days can only be accepted pursuant to upboost's Limited Warranty. Please refer to our warranty terms page.
All products must be returned in perfect working order and must include the original packing with the accessories included. You will also need the order id, receipt or proof of purchase email.
To start a return,please visit the returns portal , We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
UPBOOST branded products purchased through other retailers/online marketplaces must be returned directly to them in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.This unfortunately means our return policy is not applicable for such purchases.

We strive to make Upboost products as safe as possible. If our products are not used or maintained properly, there may be a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury. When using our products please follow these precautions accodingly:
Use only on a dry clean surface.
Do not place any objects on top of the ventilation holes of the air inflators
Do not immerse in water or allow water to enter the ventilation holes.
Do not drop or misuse the air inflators.
Do not leave the air inflators turned ON unless it is being used.
Only recharge any of our products with the supplied charger.
Carefully examine device and battery before each use.
Do not tamper or alter the product in any way.
Never leave the product operating or charging unattended.
Before using or charging our electrical products, please read all instructions and cautionary markings in the manual, on the charger, on the battery if applicable and on the product.
Do not immerse in water. Keep away from any liquids or heat sources. Keep ventilation ports free from dust and debris.
Do not remove screws or attempt to disassemble or alter the design of the product.
